Blue Star Taxis are the official taxi supplier of Jade Stadium. A taxi rank is located at Gate F, at the back of the PKMC Stand.
If you are requiring a taxi to Jade Stadium, it is advisable to book it well in advance, especially if a van is required.

There are also number of unofficial areas around the perimeter of Jade Stadium where taxis are available and convenient to patrons of Jade Stadium.
They are located in the following areas:
Western side of Lancaster Street approximately 50 metres from Stevens Street in a northerly direction.
Southern side of Moorhouse Avenue west of Lancaster Street.
Along Wilsons Road back of Smiths City Stand.
Along Stevens Street, outside the Hadlee Stand once roads have been opened up to vehicles (approximately 15-30 minutes after an event).
Route 31 can be caught at Sumner and travels down Ferry Rd on the way in to the Central City. The closest stop to Jade Stadium for this bus route is on Moorhouse Ave between Lancaster Street and Wilsons Road. (Refer to Map)
Route 32 travels from the central city out to Mt Pleasant, the closest stopping point to Jade Stadium is on Ferry Road on the corner of Mathesons Road opposite the Post Shop. (Refer to Map)

The only Stadium in New Zealand to have a TAB on site with full sports betting facilities available. Situated between doors 29 & 30, level one concourse, PKMC Stand, this is accessible to all patrons.
The Traffic Management Plan implemented by the Christchurch City Council authorises road closures to assist the safety of our patrons as they arrive and depart from the Stadium. A schedule of the road closures is published in The Press every Wednesday prior to an event at Jade Stadium.
Please note there is no fixed time of when the roads will be re-opened once an event is finished, this is determined on the day/night by the Site Traffic Management Supervisor.
Official car parks are located either side of the Stadium or in neighbouring properties. A valid permit must be displayed in your front window or your car will be towed. Permits must be valid or access will be denied. A car park can be purchased from Jade Stadium reception.
Car Park Term: 01 April to 31 March the following year.

Wheelchair Facilities & Access
General Public Tickets and facilities for spectators in wheelchairs are located in the PKMC Stand and DB Stands. Corporate Areas within in the Hadlee Stand and PKMC Stand both have wheelchair access and facilities.
Best access for the PKMC Stand is via the ramp at Gate E or through the driveway alongside Gate A, both entrances lead to the lifts.
Best access to the DB Draught Stand is via the ramp at Gate E or alternatively at Gate D.
Due to the era, the No1, and No2 Smiths City Stand was built there is no wheelchair access into corporate areas.
Limited Complimentary Disable Car Parks are available on a per event basis in the Wilson Road car park. Contact Jade Stadium to organise a park, please note that we must view your disability pass on collection of your Car Park Permit.

The Council marks temporary Disability Car Parks for the public along Stevens Street.
Valid Disability Pass must be on display or your vehicle will be towed.
If you have lost something, please report it to Jade Stadium’s reception providing a description of the item and your contact details. We also recommend to report the lost item with the Police.
Any lost property found is to be handed to a security guard or to the Jade Stadium reception. If unclaimed after 3 months it will be donated to a charity at Jade Stadium’s discretion.
